Our questionnaire screens are unique…they’re funky and fresh.
Using the tool is totally intuitive. The interface is really engaging and pulls people in. We use sliders instead of radio buttons, check boxes or drop-down menus. This allows huge flexibility and greater accuracy when you’re scoring - effectively you’re presented with a 100-point scale!
You’ll note also that we use percentage scoring, rather than finite numbers. In the final report, when you see that you’re 80% along the path to perfection, the impact is immediate…much more powerful than showing you that you have 4.5. 4.5 out of what (is that good, middling or bad)?
Most impressive of all is our simultaneous rating feature: when you’re asked to provide feedback to more than one colleague, which happens often in large-scale programmes, you conventionally have to do each one individually. And ironically, the higher up in the organisation you are, the more likely this is going to happen. And yet this is where your time is under the greatest pressure! So you do the first questionnaire, then submit.
Then you open the second questionnaire, and submit. Then the third….and so on. You get the picture. With click-360, you simply choose simultaneous rating on the welcome (landing) page and you’re presented with all your colleagues on the one screen. Not only does this save you time, but because you’re able to reflect on the people you’re rating in relative terms (rather than absolute terms in conventional tools) and when combined with the slidey scale, you can be even more accurate about the subtle distinctions you see in them.
Our questionnaire screens work really well on mobile hand-held devices and the facility is there to add written comments at the end of each section, or just at the end of the questionnaire.
