Ease of use is of paramount importance to our clients and customers, who are busy already.
We totally get that setting up 360 degree feedback surveys can be cumbersome for your administrators and completing questionnaires can be irritating for your managers and their staff. So, from an admin perspective, for ease of use, we set about designing an intuitive design that requires minimal inputs from you if you become an Enterprise client (PAYG customers are buying a managed service anyway, where we take care of all the admin).
When it comes to survey completion, our click-360 questionnaire interface is of a very modern innovative design which leads to high levels of rater engagement and healthy completion rates. Our latest individual reports are digital and optimised once again for mobile. They are comprehensive yet easy to interpret. Furthermore, they are integrated with a workbook for capturing reflections from the report, as well as an action planning device. There are even development suggestions built in.
