Tailoring and Support
If you would like additional support when implementing your 360-degree feedback programme, our parent company, The Learning Curve can provide experienced psychologists to facilitate 1:1 or group awareness and positioning sessions before the survey(s) take place.
At these sessions, clients are given guidelines on how to select raters, shown how the click-360 process will work and what outcomes to expect. It is also an opportunity for the clients to raise any issues or concerns they may have about the process and have their questions answered.
The on-screen appearance of click-360 will be customised to reflect your house style and logo and we can use your own competency/behavioural questionnaire (if you already have one developed) or you can choose from one of our standard questionnaires. Alternatively, we can work with you to develop a bespoke questionnaire to meet your exact needs.
Remember that the above customisation, plus administration of the process (including set-up and chasing late raters) is all part of our standard package.
When the questionnaires have been processed and the results analysed we provide you with feedback reports in pdf format, professionally presented and corporately customised. In addition we can also provide (at a small extra cost) workbooks that help clients assimilate their report and plan for development actions, which has proved extremely valuable to previous customer organisations.
