Understanding click-360

In this section we provide you with an explanation of how we can work with you to support your HR development programmes with our click-360 online application

The whole click-360 process begins with the development of your own customised programme which will be branded to reflect your house style and logo and incorporate the appropriate questionnaire.

You then provide us with a list of the clients taking part in the process, this can be on a spreadsheet or we can extract them from existing databases. We then send each of the clients an email asking them to nominate their raters, against pre-agreed guidelines.

As soon as each client has completed their rater nominations, automatic emails are generated to all raters (including the client themselves) inviting them to go in and complete their questionnaire(s). Typically, the survey is open for 13 working days, to allow everyone a good chance to complete. A nominated administrator within your organisation will have access to a survey status screen, which clearly shows the survey progress in real time. TLC Online will use email, SMS text or voicemail to chase raters at various points during the survey, to ensure timely completion.

Three working days after the survey has closed, reports will be sent as pdf files to your administrator for printing and binding (or for onward transmission to the client or feedbacker).

The whole process should take no more than 22 working days from start to finish.
