The Power of Feedback

The feedback an individual receives from a 360 degree appraisal process is incredibly powerful - to learn what your peers think about you and their perceptions of you in the workplace is the most impactful way to understand your effect on the people around you and can be the springboard for major changes. But feeding that anonymous data back to them about their management or leadership style is a sensitive undertaking and should be handled professionally.

It would be inappropriate for the feedback report to be shown to a client without there being an expert to help them interpret and get the best from the data. It is through the compassionate challenging of unproductive behaviours identified in the 360 report that causes clients to want to change - that's where the learning is.

Whilst you may have in-house capabilities to deal with the feedback process, should you require it, our parent company, The Learning Curve can provide experienced psychologists to facilitate 1:1 or group feedback sessions to present clients with their reports upon completion of the survey(s).

These sessions can be extended to include personal development planning so that clients leave with not only their report, but a personalised action plan.

Alternatively, and if it would be helpful, we can work with you to develop your internal capability to deliver 360-degree feedback.
