What's different about it?
Most 360 degree implementations require each rater to complete multiple questionnaires. However, when there are a lot of questionnaires raters can find the process very time consuming and a chore, which is a problem because these responses are vital to the final appraisal.
Raters often start well, taking time to carefully think through each question and the comments they want to make, but as they reach the third and fourth questionnaire, they lack the same enthusiasm and clarity of thought. We know this because we monitor:
- time to complete
- quantity and quality of written comments.
We also know that some raters have moved from one questionnaire to the next and wished that they could go back and amend an earlier score. But when they realise that they may have over-rated (or under-rated) a previous questionnaire it's too late to change the score as the questionnaire's already completed.
click'nmix is a flexible application which eliminates the drawbacks of conventional online 360 tools. It allows all the subjects to be rated at the same time, thereby speeding up the process while providing the opportunity to make comparisons against the same behaviour (competency). This enhances the accuracy on a given set of 360 degree appraisals.
