Step 5. How will the 360 feedback be delivered?
You need to consider the challenges you may face when delivering the results of the survey.
- Do you have trained coaches that can deliver the results appropriately (consider confidentiality, sensitivity, issues, skill levels)? If not, do you have the budget for external coaches to carry out this work?
- Can you deliver the feedback in a workshop setting, thereby reducing costs?
- Have you a robust development planning tool that can be used to capture learnings in the form of an action plan?
- Will there be budget available for development actions to be carried out?
- Will you evaluate trends and patterns at specific levels/areas of the business? Will some of these be met by organisation-wide development actions?
- When will there be a repeat survey to chart the progress your people have made?
