Step 16:
The Survey Status Screen is regularly checked by us to track the Survey progress. Reminders are issued as appropriate. The Screen is also available to you so you can monitor the survey progress yourself.
Step 17:
Once all completed questionnaires have been received we close the survey and start report production.
Step 18:
Reports are completed and either sent electronically or printed, bound and delivered to the designated company contact (click here to see an example report).
That's it! Job done!
