Very simply, when you have made the decision to run a 360-degree feedback implementation, the Learning Curve will work with you to develop an appropriate questionnaire that will be used to frame and gather perceptions about particular managers/leaders. If budget is an issue, you may prefer to use one of our standard questionnaires.

You advise us:

  • who is to be involved in the process
  • the desired timeframe
  • what format you want the results in

...and we do the rest!

All of this is computer based and is extremely time efficient. The results are then collated for you - at the click of a button. Reports are produced and can be sent electronically. Alternatively one of The Learning Curve's coaches can come in and work with you to interpret the data and help you start the process for behavioural change in your workplace.

This demo site has been designed to guide you through the click-360 experience. Throughout the process we use the term 'client' when referring to the people at the centre of the 360-degree process and 'rater' for those who will be invited to provide feedback on that 'client'.
