What is a 360-degree Appraisal Tool?
Many companies employ a system of line-manager/subordinate performance and development review or appraisal - sometimes known as 180-degree Feedback. The employee and line manager talk together, usually face-to-face, to iron out any problems and identify key areas for future training and development etc. This is often a two-way process, where both parties receive feedback.
