Once the questionnaire has been completed there will be a huge amount of information for the individual (who is undergoing the appraisal) to take on board and digest. Chances are there will be some comments that could come as a surprise to those who are unaware of the impact of their attitude and actions.

Whilst it is possible to use the online 360-degree appraisal processes and receive the feedback electronically, our experience clearly shows the need for clients to receive professional feedback - from a feedback coach with the training and skills necessary to interpret data accurately, and discuss it sensitively.
